Pura Vida Yoga will be launching a Women’s Circle on six Friday evenings in 2019, where you can exchange ideas with like-minded women, but we also learn yoga and breathing exercises as well as mudras and meditation, which are depending on the topic content soothing, supportive and/or strengthening. This group of women gives you the opportunity to nourish yourself during a 90 minutes practice, whereby you decide how deeply you want to dive into this journey. It is very important to me to provide a safe and secure place where you can be completely yourself. A place where everything is possible, but nothing has to be.
