The system of the 7 chakras is on everyone’s lips, but what is really behind it. They have their origin in Hinduism and the yoga tradition. The first writings are over 4000 years old. The chakras are connecting gates to our energy bodies and control all aspects of our existence. They are responsible for our physical, emotional, mental and spiritual well-being. If the energy (prana) does not flow freely, we are unbalanced, which can lead to complex problems.
In this workshop, you’ll learn about the basic elements of the chakra system and how to use targeted yoga exercises to balance stalled energy bodies.
