Well-being and Serenity Through Mindful Movements
When doing yoga it does not matter how old, how flexible or how experienced you are. And certainly not whether you are a woman or a man. Yoga is for everyone! And yoga can do a lot: awakens the spirits of life, creates a sense of calm, helps to keep you in shape up to an old age – not only physically but also mentally – and above all, is not a performance program. Yoga should simply be fun and increase your well-being!
It is all the more important to find a place of rest, especially in today’s time when everything is so fast moving, you are constantly measured by your performance and you are under constant pressure. An oasis where you can be yourself. Because the way you are is exactly right and enough!
Pura Vida is such a place. Here you can arrive, let go and recharge your batteries. It doesn’t matter how long you have been doing yoga or whether you are just starting out.

From my own experience, I know that a regular yoga practice can bring positive change on all levels. For me, yoga is an integral part of my everyday life, like breathing, eating and sleeping. In my classes, I put a lot of emphasis on learning to listen to your body and to practice yoga accordingly, because we do not feel the same every day. But we also learn to explore our boundaries without exceeding them.
All the classes are based on Hatha Yoga, influenced by many different yoga styles, such as Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, Pranayama and Meditation, as well as Chakra Yoga. I am also bringing in therapeutic elements like Slings Myofascial Training© and Liquid Movements. The lessons are usually taught in German but I am very happy to assist with English speakers.
