Group classes are for all those who already have yoga experience or for beginners that feel more comfortable in a group setting. In small groups – where there is space for your needs – I am teaching a mix of different styles.
As of mid-August, I will temporarily have only one course on Tuesday evening (6.15 to 7.45 pm). The number of participants is limited, an early registration is recommended.
