A well-deserved time away to nourish body, mind and soul
Yoga is for everybody! This definitely applies to my retreats. Maybe you are a seasoned yogi, someone that does yoga occasionally or you are a total beginner. Everybody is welcome and I truly believe that everyone and every body can benefit from doing yoga. I teach a mindful flow yoga, which always emphasizes on listening to your body and taking the time to do the proper asana (pose) alignment, but still tries to test your boundaries.
