As an incredibly curious person who likes to experiment, I love to discover the different facets and depths of life. I am particularly fascinated by the art of movement. I was able to rediscover them for myself in yoga, dance and massage. It opened a new world to me, a world to myself! For the first time I could really let myself go, surrender to the moment, perceive it and really feel it.
Yoga, dance and massage have been part of my life since 2012. My practice has helped me to become stronger, deeper and more flowing on and off the yoga mat. I have studied different levels of body art with many teachers: Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga with Sunsanee McGill, yoga therapy and Ayurveda massage therapy with Andreas Schwarz, yoga massage with Tobias Frank, and movement meditation and dance with Veronika Posch. Knowing that asanas, handles and techniques are only a small part of the universe of movement and yoga, I keep researching and learning.
In my lessons, the powerful, intuitive and gentle handling of my own body plays a central role. Being truthful and connected is the most important thing for me. Because ultimately it is about finding our own voice.

I’m Ayosha, I come from Zurich and I’ve always been very interested in many things. From an early age I was enthusiastic about everything and always directed my attention outwards. My sensitivity and my sense of invisible processes have always brought me into contact with myself. Initially, these contacts with the inside were always a reason for me to flee outside again.
Drama and soccer have become very important in my growing up and helped me channel my energy. After it became clear that I would not become a soccer player, I started studying acting at the Zurich University of the Arts and then went to Los Angeles after graduating. Hollywood called, but nobody waited for me. After a very intensive and instructive time in Los Angeles, I returned to Zurich benevolently and was able to try out my versatile talents in the entrepreneurial world. The contact with the inside became more and more intense and fleeing didn’t feel so good anymore as the distractions became more boring. And my inside world louder. I began to deal with myself more and more and had to realize that everything that happened in my life in the outside was still happening and was a consequence of the inside.
So I started to look inward more and more, to train my focus and my mindfulness. This includes the practice of meditation, yoga and the holistic lifestyle. Fortunately, I learned introductions to these practices at drama school, and so I found an easier re-entry. I started to deal intensively with teachings and books on topics of energy healing, body work and personal development. A passion was born! The idea of starting a men’s circle comes from the fact that more and more men are starting to deal with these topics, but there are also more and more men who live in extremes and cannot cope with them. Stigmatized by society, the man finds himself in a dispute between his stereotypes and his next step in gender development. I want to give men the opportunity to develop themselves with like-minded people.
