I am very fortunate: Being a citizen of two incredibly beautiful countries. Born in Canada, the second largest country in the world and where the best hockey players come from. Raised in a postcard, Switzerland, where my parents were from and where I grew up and currently live. The mentalities of both countries live within me.
My life has never been a straight line. Being a free spirit, I was always able to see opportunities and live life to the fullest. Trying something new, taking chances and not knowing what is going to happen. I have been rewarded greatly, with incredible encounters and happy endings. And for that I am most grateful. Life is too short to be doing the same thing all the time.
«If you think adventures are dangerous, try it with routine. That is deadly.» (Paolo Coelho)
That is the reason that in 2016 I decided to take a breather. After 25 years in the communications industry (PR and advertising) – of which I ran my own firm for 17 years – I realized it was time for a change. That has led me to South America in the fall of 2016 where I finally learned proper Spanish in the amazing metropolis of Buenos Aires. Afterwards I traveled for three months in Argentina and Chile, visiting incredible sights. I absolutely fell in love with the Argentinean people I met along the way. I was also flabbergasted by the breathtaking countryside. But the most beautiful thing I encountered was my heart family in Buenos Aires, who have given me new home.
